Mudford Parish Council invites you to take part in a Community Assembly to discuss Parish issues that matter to you.

The Assembly will include some short talks, followed by facilitated small-group discussions, so that everyone can have their say.

A Community Assembly works best when we:

• Respect everyone’s voice
• Listen to, and understand all points of view
• Discuss and agree the priorities for our community
• Enjoy the experience

The assembly will be run voluntarily by an independent organisation to support an open and fair process.

Do you need assistance to attend?

If you would like to attend and need additional support to do so, for example with hearing, sight, mobility, or transport, please contact the Parish Clerk, Petra Galloway, and we will do our best to help.

Children are welcome, but should be supervised by a parent or accompanying adult. Art materials available.
