The hall is accessible for wheelchair users and is licensed for 80 people seated or 100 standing. It is available to hire by the day, half day or evening, including weekends. There is a full-size (10′ X 8′) screen and Wi-Fi access.
Free car parking is available on the opposite side of the road to the hall, with a couple of disabled bays too. A pedestrian crossing gets you safely across the road to the hall.
The 19th century hall, with its neutral décor, sprung wooden floor and fully adjustable lighting, has been sympathetically extended with a modern kitchen and toilets. Glazed folding doors mean the 50-foot space can be divided in two; there is also a generous entrance hall with plenty of space for coats, display boards or welcoming hosts and a separate committee room.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, tea urn and fridge-freezer. Crockery and cutlery, tables and chairs are included in your booking fee, though of course you are welcome to bring in different furniture if you prefer.
