  1. To receive and consider apologies for absence and approve the reasons.
  2. To receive Declarations of interests.
  3. To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the previous meeting held on 27thApril 2026.
  4. To receive public comments.
  5. To receive and discuss the draft survey and to discuss any changes.
  6. To agree the distribution dates and individual responsibilities.
  7. To discuss assisted help and to form a survey helper group (or similar).
  8. To agree the date of the next meeting.
