AGENDA

  1. To receive and consider apologies for absence and approve the reasons.
  2. To receive Declarations of interests.
  3. To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the previous meeting held on 19th February 2026.
  4. To receive public comments.
  5. To receive and discuss the draft report of outcomes from the Community Assembly held on 21st March 2026, and to agree any changes prior to the report presentation scheduled for 30th April 2026.
  6. Community survey:To discuss the timeline and delivery.
    To discuss the framework (key measures and topics).
    To discuss the design and print options (including prices).
    To agree the distribution dates and individual responsibilities.
    To discuss assisted help and to form a survey helper group (or similar).
    To agree recommendations to the Council.
  7. To agree the date of the next meeting.
